Do I need a web person?
Not for the Google profile and review parts, which are the most important. The website pages and technical files take a web person or website builder about an hour; the kit includes a page you can forward to them.
Will you log in to my accounts?
No. We never ask for logins or passwords. Everything comes as text and files you paste in yourself.
What if something isn’t accurate about my business?
Reply to the delivery email and tell us. We correct it. Read everything before you paste it; you know your business best.
Would a new website be better?
If your site is broken, insecure or nearly empty, yes. Your report will say so and recommend Launch Pad instead.
Does it guarantee I’ll be recommended?
No one can promise that. The 30-day re-test shows you what changed.
