Jobber

  1. In Zapier, choose Create Zap.
  2. Trigger: app Jobber, event Visit Completed. Connect your Jobber account.
  3. Action: app Webhooks by Zapier, event POST.
  4. URL: paste your private job link from your Review Engine welcome email (it starts with https://revoomi.com/jobs/).
  5. Payload type: json. Data: name = the client’s first name, email = the client’s email.
  6. Test it with one of your own jobs, then turn the Zap on.

Housecall Pro

  1. In Zapier, choose Create Zap.
  2. Trigger: app Housecall Pro, event Job Completed. Connect your Housecall Pro account.
  3. Action: app Webhooks by Zapier, event POST.
  4. URL: paste your private job link from your Review Engine welcome email (it starts with https://revoomi.com/jobs/).
  5. Payload type: json. Data: name = the client’s first name, email = the client’s email.
  6. Test it with one of your own jobs, then turn the Zap on.

Zapier’s free plan is enough for most businesses. Event names can differ slightly between app versions; pick the one that fires when a job is finished.
