What we keep, who can see it, and how you stay in control.
What we store
Your business name, website, city, industry and the email (and phone, if you give it) you use with us. The AI answers from your checks, your scores and the fixes we make. For prospects we haven’t met, only what’s public: the business name, website and Google listing.
What we never store
Your passwords. Every connection (WordPress, Google, your job app) is approved on that company’s own screen, and we keep only the access it gives us, which you can remove any time.
Card details
Payments run through Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
Who can see your results
You, and anyone you send a share link to. Share links are read-only and you can switch them off in Settings. Monthly report links open a read-only copy and stop working after 60 days.
Where it runs
On Cloudflare (website and data), GitHub (the checks), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), OpenAI, Anthropic and Google (the AI answers we check). They process data for us under their own security programs.
Being an example
We only use your results as an example if you say yes in Settings and approve the exact words.
Deleting your data
Email hello@revoomi.com from the address you use with us and we delete your account data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (like invoices).
